 \n\n\nINAP is a forum for intensive discussion of applications of important
 \n\ntechnologies around declarative programming, constraint problem\n\nsolv
 ing, and related computing paradigms. It comprehensively covers\n\nthe impa
 ct of data and knowledge engineering, programmable logic\n\nsolvers in the 
 internet society, its underlying technologies, and\n\nleading edge applicat
 ions in industry, commerce, government, and\n\nsocietal services. Previous 
 INAP conferences have been held in Japan,\n\nGermany, Portugal, and Austria
 .\n\n\n\nWe invite high quality contributions on the described topics,\n\ne
 specially, but not exclusively, on different aspects of declarative\n\nprog
 ramming, constraint processing, data and knowledge management, as\n\nwell a
 s their use for distributed systems and the web:\n\n\n\n* data and knowledg
 e engineering / management: deductive databases,\n\nrule bases, decision su
 pport, expert systems, knowledge discovery;\n\n\n\n* declarative programmin
 g: logic programming, nonmonotonic reasoning,\n\nknowledge representation, 
 domain-specific languages;\n\n\n\n* constraints: constraint systems, (exten
 sions of) constraint (logic)\n\nprogramming, constraint-based modeling and 
 applications;\n\n\n\n* distributed systems and the web: agents and concurre
 nt engineering,\n\nontologies, semantic web, internet of things;\n\n\n\n* p
 ractical systems: tools for academic and industrial use,\n\nknowledge-based
  web services, logic solvers and applications;\n\n\n\n* multi-paradigm prog
 ramming.\n\n\n\nINAP 2019 will be part of DECLARE 2019 and hence be co-loca
 ted with\n\nWFLP 2019 (International Workshop on Functional and Logic\n\nPr
 ogramming), WLP 2019 (Workshop on (Constraint) Logic Programming),\n\nand Q
 PLogic 2019 (Quantum and Probability Logic).
